Walter E. Hempel, Jr., age 87, a 54 year resident
of Shelby Twp., passed away February 26, 2016.

Beloved husband of Dolores whom he married
on May 28, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan.

Dear father of Alan W. (Laurie) Hempel, Randy T. (Beth) Hempel,
Kent C, (Melanic) Hempel, Mary D. Hempel and Paul E, (Gayle) Hempel.
Loving grandfather of Talitha, Corban, Alaina and Evelyn. Dear brother
of Eldon (Ann) Hempel and Ronald (Sandi) Hempel.

Friends may visit at Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd.
(3 blks. E. of Van Dyke) Utica on Wednesday from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Funeral service on Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 45160 Van Dyke,
Utica where he will lie in state from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m, time of
service,

Burial will take place in the Spring at St. Michael Lutheran Cemetery
Belknap in Belknap Township.
